Your words are treated with care.

Fire4God is a grassroots Christian fellowship. This page describes how our question and conversation features handle information. It is not an emergency, medical, or counseling service.

What we collect

When you submit a question, we store your question, optional context and name, and optional email address. We also store messages and the question's status. We use privacy-preserving rate-limit fingerprints to limit abuse. Our administrators may keep internal research notes.

Who sees it

Authorized Fire4God administrators can read submitted questions and conversations to respond. A person possessing your private return link, or a browser with an authorized conversation session, can also access that conversation. Keep return links private. Other visitors cannot browse your private messages.

Emails and external services

If you provide an email, we may send an initial, expiring conversation-access link. Reply notifications are optional and initially off. You can change them in the conversation. Notifications do not contain the text of your messages. Fire4God uses Supabase for application data, Cloudflare for hosting and security checks, and Resend for sending email. GroupMe and YouTube have their own privacy practices when you follow their links or play their media.

Public answers and consent

Your submission is private by default. If you separately allow consideration for a public answer, we may prepare an edited answer only after administrative review. Consent alone does not publish anything. Public answers are distinct from private message history. If your question was linked to a public answer, deleting your conversation removes that source-linked answer from Fire4God's database.

Access and deletion

While you have an active, authorized private conversation session, you can permanently delete that conversation from within its page. This removes associated question content, replies, contact information, access links, internal notes, and relevant notification queue entries from the application database. Existing backup copies and third-party delivery records may persist for their separate retention periods. If you lose your access link, request assistance using the contact information below. We must verify authorization before acting on another person's information.

Retention

Private conversation content does not currently have an automatic deletion schedule. It remains in the application database until you delete it or an authorized administrator removes it. We do not currently run automatic time-based deletion. We will update this notice before introducing a scheduled retention or deletion policy. Expiration of a private return link does not itself delete conversation content.

Urgent needs

Do not use Fire4God for emergencies or as a substitute for qualified medical, legal, financial, or mental-health services. Contact emergency services or qualified professionals when needed.
